Thursdays & Sundays
Provide audio, visual, and communication support for worship services and special events. Requires attention to detail regarding lighting and/or visual media.
Support families through the death of loved ones by offering a meal at church, in the family’s home, or at the funeral facility. There are opportunities for preparing food, setting up, cleaning up, and interacting with the family during this life-changing experience.
Provide guidance to children as they grow in faith in Jesus Christ, hearing and learning God’s story. This happens in a variety of settings, i.e., Children’s Church and special events, and requires a love of children and teamwork for planning and presentation. Click here with questions or for more information.
Expressing hospitality with refreshments and interacting with guests and the church family. Teams work together for set up, mid-morning check, and clean up at the end of the day. Our fellowship between services builds community and strengthens relationships.
Preparing the elements (bread and grape juice), setting up, or serving communion at worship services. There are opportunities to assist in preparation of communion or to join a “Pray & Knead” team, a ministry of prayer while baking the communion bread at church, prior to communion Sunday.
Enjoy a delicious free brunch and lunch in the Gathering Place. This offers opportunity to relax, have fellowship, and develop relationships around the table. Teams set up, clean up, serve food, and interact with those they serve.
